I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, and being vulnerable is never easy. My goal is to offer a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your emotions and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Life is meant to be fully experienced, and therapy can help you choose how you engage with it. By recognizing the roots of your emotions and exploring different ways to respond, you can gain greater control over your inner world. My areas of focus include working with trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles, helping you uncover patterns that may be holding you back and guiding you toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Together, we will take the steps toward healing and growth, allowing you to move forward with more clarity and intention. I’m here to support you as we navigate this journey, ensuring that you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to embrace life with confidence.

Approach

I primarily use Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you navigate your personal and relational challenges. By understanding the dynamics of your family and the emotional patterns affecting your well-being, we can work together to build stronger, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

Areas of Focus

My areas of focus include trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, childhood trauma, burnout and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking support through personal struggles or significant life changes, my goal is to help you find clarity and develop effective strategies for growth and healing.

Education

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. I am dedicated to guiding and supporting you in achieving meaningful change. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you work towards the changes you want to see in your life.
