Providing in-person, online or phone sessions (Accepting new clients)

Hi, my name is Mackenzie and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. Starting therapy can be a scary experience and it takes a lot of strength to reach out, be vulnerable, and tell your story. Therefore, it is important that the relationship with your therapist feels safe, accepting and nonjudgmental. I am dedicated to ensuring my clients feel heard and understood throughout their healing journey.

Though pain and suffering are universal to the human experience, the ways in which we are impacted by them can vary greatly. These impacts can show up emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and within our relationships. Together, we will explore the impacts trauma and/or mental health has had and the things that can keep us stuck. Through understanding, and self-compassion, I believe we can shift the way we respond to our experiences.

I strive to demonstrate the principles of trauma-informed care with all clients and focus on safety, trustworthiness, collaboration, empowerment, and attentiveness in my work. Every persons unique experience deserves an approach tailored to meet your needs and we will work together to achieve this.
